Valeri has over 20 years experience in the field of M&A and Private Equity across the Baltics, Ukraine and Poland.
Before co-founding Baltic Partners in 2016, Valeri worked at a local independent regional M&A advisory firm, spin-off from KBC Securities, where he subsequently became equity partner. He was responsible for managing M&A team in Ukraine where he executed number high-profile private equity and IPO projects. He started his career in Deloitte (Latvia).
Valeri holds number of supervisory board positions in private and public companies in the region.
Valeri graduated from Copenhagen Business School with MSc in Applied Economics and Finance.
